. . . or Advil, or Motrin, or something. This isn't going to be much of a post tonight. I'm sitting here with a swollen knee that is black and blue and hurts like heck thanks to a not-to-be-named horse today. It is hurting enough that I, the person who abhors taking pills of any kind, am about to go rummage through the house and try to find some Advil or Tylenol or something because the pain is getting to me.
When I told Jason my knee hurt enough that I wanted to take something for it he immediately asked if I needed to go to the emergency room. Me taking an Advil really is that monumental. I'm not sure if that is something to be proud of or if that means I'm really stupid, or stubborn - or both. If anyone needs me I will be going through every drawer in our house desperately looking for Tylenol or some form of painkiller that has only been expired for three years or less. I'm convinced that when I get up in the morning the swelling and the pain will miraculously be gone. I guess I'll find out soon enough . . .

Jason said he felt someone's nose on his neck so he took a selfie to see who was back there. It was Lighty.

Get thee to a doc, get that knee checked out and take it easy. Hope the pain get better soon!
Ouch!!! Hope you're OK and that it wasn't one of mine being naughty . . .
Ice!
It's always something with horses... :(
Elevate, ice + ibuprofen.
You can take up to 800mg three times a day. I'm not into pain relievers either, but keeping the swelling down will mitigate further damage.
SO SORRY. THERE COULD BE A BREAK. I'D GET MYSELF TO THE DOCTORS JUST TO BE SURE.
