This week has been busy as we've had a day with our farriers, a day with the dentist and also a day with the vet. We vaccinated half the horses this week and have an appointment to vaccinate the other half next week. A summary of my week would look something like this;
- sit down at my desk and make a list of what horses will be seeing the vet/farrier/dentist
- in the morning put halters on these horses
- take halters off when the horses have had their scheduled appointment
- sit down and make another list of which horses will be seeing the vet/farrier/dentist
- in the morning put halters on these horses
- take halters off when the horses have had their scheduled appointment
- keep repeating the above
The next item that will be added to the schedule is body clipping. Halters will be going on and off and on and off at warp speed for awhile.
